Cloud Forest, Coffee & Cacao

Another early start in the cloud forest this morning. This was mostly to learn about the various climates and sub cultures living in this very diverse eco system. It's beautiful and I wished I could bottle the scents coming from the different fauna here! The hummingbirds were such a nice surprise. We enjoyed a really interesting tour in the afternoon; all about coffee production, cacao and sugar cane. I made molasses candy that is so good, it's alot like maple taffy.
