Coca Tea for the Win

Lots of Coca tea and slow walking, by 10 am we were good to go. At 12,000 ft ASV it took a minute to adjust. And so grateful we did adjust quickly, cannot waste a minute in this interesting city! We walked up, down and all around the Plaza de Armas. We just love a walk like this, where around every corner there is something new, and tons of narrow little alleys full of surprises. We stumbled upon their Sunday market.. wow.. We had lunch overlooking one corner of the plaza and dinner overlooking another corner. I think you could stay here for weeks and not eat at the same place twice! We will NOT be having guinea pig or alpaca though! Tomorrow we start touring with Alfredo.Läs mer
