Beautiful Takachiho Gorge

Since we didn’t have a reservation for the rental of a rowing boat and didn’t want to wait for 3-3.5hours, we just walked along the beautiful Takachiho Gorge. We were happy with our decision: we had rewarding and free views of the waterfalls.
For dinner, we went to a Japanese restaurant in a traditional old house in charming Takamori town. We cooked pieces of local chicken , 2 beef skewers, a trout, some miso glazed tofu and veggies. Great experience!Read more
