Arequipa Monastery, History & Art

Arequipa seems to have alot of art within the city, you can be walking down a street and come across small art galleries down one of the pretty side streets. There was so much to discover in Arequipa that we didn't see. We also visited the Ice Maiden Juanita. An incredibly well preserved mummy of a child sacrificed to a volcano by the Incas around 500 years ago. Unfortunately there were no cameras allowed so we don't have a pic!Leggi altro
