A trip in a swamp!
Elvis spent the first 13 years of his life in the isolated Mississippi town. The gardens were nice. The tiny recreated shack showed what absolute poverty he was born into.
Interesting to visit Beale Street food was brilliant just asked the server for a recommendation. Music was fine but it's not New Orleans.
Whistle-stop visits to Stax records and the site of MLK's assassination and a great tour of the Sun recording studios. Birthplace of rock n' roll.
So no explanation needed, lots of queues. Interesting Elvis liked stained glass who knew!
