Walton Lighthouse

The year 2018 marks the 145th anniversary of the construction of the Walton Lighthouse. For over 100 years the lighthouse stood as a Beacon of Hope guiding wooden sailing ships during the Golden Age of Sail 1830 – 1880 and steel hulled steamers through to the 1970s.
