Airbnb #2 - The Hummingbird Suite

We pulled in and were immediately greeted with big hugs from our host. Super friendly. We stayed in their walkout basement and it was very spacious. She stocked our little kitchen with lots of treats and drinks including a few cold beers which went down nice with dinner! The house is out in the country and so it was so peaceful to hear nothing but nature outside and to see so many stars at night.

This morning we snack on breakfast as we jet out the door. Today we will continue north and hope to hop on a ferry to Cape Breton Island to drive the Cabot Trail. The ferry has been closed for quite some time for repairs, however from we understand from the internet the ferry was set to return this week. If it's not, we will need to drive around. It'll take a bit linger but not the end of the world.Read more
