An Island Breakfast

An organic fairtrade banana, topped with local vanilla bean yogurt from Tree Island Yogurt and homemade granola. Fresh locally baked seed bread from Barb's Bakery topped with Blueberry Basil jam, also local, from Salt Spring Kitchen Co.
Oh, and of course a nice glass of organic Valencia OJ from Happy Planet Juice Co.

If we were coffee drinkers, which we aren't, we also would have had local coffee from Mt Maxwell Roasters.Read more
