At the Walker Honey Farm & Dancing Bee Winery courtesy of Harvest Hosts tonight. It’s a lovely little farm off the highway with a gift shop featuring honey everything and Mead wine on tap. I sampled 4 different wines on arrival. A cider Mead warmed, a red Syrah with honey at room temp, an espresso Mead at room temp, and a Mead Sangria with orange and raspberries. The sangria was my favourite! This seems to be a migratory path for a large group of birds…there are at least 10,000 outside the camper on the trees and cattails. I believe they are starlings.
