    We start our trip to Kyoto at the beautiful Buddhist Kingkakuji (Golden Pavilion). It is gorgeous, covered with gold leaf. Next, we had a lesson on screen printing on handkerchieves. We walked through the Geisha district in Kyoto (the largest in Japan), finishing our tour with excellent shabu shabu and a performance by a young Geisha-in-training.Read more
