    Making our way back home, via beautiful Kauai, the Garden Island. A gorgeous, laid back, rugged island. Picked out a hot red convertible and hit the road. First two nights dinner on Kauai was at our favorite, Merriman’s Kauai. We took a road trip to Waimea Canyon, the Grand Canyon of Hawaii, stopping by the largest coffee grower in the country, Kauai Coffee. The canyon was spectacular and so was our road adventure.
