Day 15
Christoffel Nationalpark

Heute Morgen gings los um 6:40 in den Christoffel Nationalpark indem jeder den Christoffelberg besteigt. Man darf nicht nach 10 Uhr losgehen, wegen der extremen Hitze und man muss 2 Liter mindestens dabei haben um zu trinken. Vorher muss man die Risiken unterschreiben und seine Handynummer abgeben. Es war auch echt krass anstrengend und es war eher teilweise klettern als wandern. Trotzdem hat sich alles gelohnt. Die Flora und Fauna ist echt einmalig. Ich muss leider zugeben die letzten 50 Höhenmeter waren mir zu gefährlich, obwohl ich keine Höhenangst habe, aber das war wirklich steil klettern und alleine war mir das zu riskant, das war mein Instinkt.Es war trotzdem eine megatolle Erfahrung, besonders stolz, dass ich es alleine fast geschafft habe. Aber ich habe auch bestimmt 4 Liter Wasser verloren und hatte nur Laufschuhe an, da es gestern geregnet hatte, war es oft am Fels sehr rutschig. Also so eine Tour hatte ich in Deutschland noch nie gemacht, weil es wahrscheinlich eher eine Klettertour als eine Wandertour war. Mir tut jetzt schon alles weh, deswegen gehts jetzt ab an den Strand ;) Anschliessend war ich noch im Savonet Museum, dass ein Landhuis war früher, in dem die Sklaven arbeiteten und verkauft wurden. Eine einzigartige Erfahrung.
Ausserdem habe ich jetzt mit dem Auto eher ein Ziegenproblem (siehe Video), als mit dem Fahrrad noch das Hundeproblem ;)Read more

Shete Boka Nationalpark

Im Boka Sheke Nationalpark konnte man die raue Ostseite der Insel sehen. Quasi in einer ähnlichen Landschaft war ich auch im Süden noch mit dem Fahrrad unterwegs. Karge Landschaften, beeindruckende Steine, heiss und die Naturgewalt Ozean wie sie an die Klippen prallt. Es war echt heiss, aber interessant und beeindruckend zu sehen, was die Natur über die Jahre alles so beeinflusst. Auch dass die Eidechse und Leguane überall leben können und sehr anpassungsfähig sind. Highlight waren die natürliche Brücke, Boka Pistol (das Wasser spritz fontänenartig in die Höhe, wenn ne gute Welle kommt) und die Höhlen in die das Meer auch reinkommt. Am Ende hab ich den Tag an dem Strand grote Knip ausklingen lassen.Read more

Dag 5 - Shete Boka 🌊

Vandaag gingen we aan het begin van de dag gelijk naar het Nationale park Shete boka. Hier heb je verschillende plekken waar land en water samen komen. Mijn favoriete plek was Boka Pistol. Hier kwamen de golven met flinke vaart tegen de rotsen waardoor het water omhoog spoot als een ‘pistool’. Kon hier wel uren naar blijven kijken. Uiteraard gingen we hierna weer lekker zwemmen. Het was tenslotte elke dag 31 graden. Deze keer besloten we te gaan zwemmen bij de Grote Knip.Read more

Auch hier gibt es mal einen Regentag, doch es regnet zum Glück nicht den ganzen Tag! So gingen wir nach dem Frühstück in den Nationalpark Shete Boka zum Wandern. Hier ist die Natur steinig und kark, das Meer ist wild...Mittags aßen wir auf dem Markt in Barber eine Leguansuppe, die sehr lecker war :)Read more
