    Today we started slow with a late-ish breakfast and then took a short trip to Camel’s Hump Nortic Ski Area. When we got there, I ran into a local and asked him for a good beginner loop. Less than 3 minutes after we started, Melissa insisted that his definition of beginner, and her definition of beginner were not so close to each other. We settled for a gentle 1/4 mile loop in a neighboring field. When we got back to the car, Melissa let me take 40 min to do the beginner loop which I now agree would have been a challenge for her.
