Susten Pass is a mountain pass located at an elevation of 2,264 meters above sea level. It connects the Reuss Valley in the canton of Uri with the Haslital in the canton of Bern. The pass road is open from June to September, and it offers stunning views of the surrounding mountains and glaciers. On this occasion it was closed to through traffic. The pass is also known for the Sustenstrasse, a scenic road that features hairpin turns and tunnels.Read more
