Hi Kerry 😘. We’ve only just come back into wifi range. I couldn’t find out who the lookout was named after. Sir Richard came from Victoria, so not sure if he had anything to do with up here in the Tablelands. I was surprised to see it marked on the map. Hope you are doing well and enjoying life.
