Woke up to thunder, led a good class of new Red Cross volunteers, went kayaking on Yosemite lake and lived to have a beer . Family scattered at activities such as soccer, city festival and Dylan in Reno.

GezginIt was a virtual class and I have been trying to do a couple times a month. I really enjoy the classes but it is a challenge teaching on Texas time while living on California time.

Legoland Day two

Oh my was there a lot to do.
Drive cars, drive boats, many fides with Lazer shooters or water guns, neat climbing structures and ones that used your own power. We had the famous apple fries and Elliott loved them. What a surprise.stayed 6 hours came back to room. Then off to pool for an hour plus playground time. Now I am exhausted and we are in for the night.Okumaya devam et

Did all the ridVes at least once and some multiple times. Neat climbing structures through our park. Bedtime has been super easy!!! Especially for me, I am exhausted.

Yesterday at Legoland was rainy but got in some rides in the morning. Went back to hotel for a rest and lunch. Then tried to go to water park. But cold windy and miserable so returned to room to watch TV. Went out for dinner and an early night in.

Today drove back to Merced.

A successful trip, no injuries, lots of fun, lots of Legos to bring home and boys asked to go back. Now for recovery, back on Alja detail for tomorrow evening.Okumaya devam et

10:30 pm last night the dogs had an interaction with a skunk in the backyard. Not sure where skunk is now but could find dogs using only our noses. They got baths in a mix of hydrogen peroxide, baking soda and dish soap. Aired out all day and will get a sniff test before coming in tonight. Trap is set to offer culprit homeOkumaya devam et

So a bit outside of Barstow Ca. Working my way to the Albuquerque balloon festival. Tomorrow I wt do a virtual Red Cross presentation and then head to Sedona AZ. One of my visually favorites. I am hoping to do a bit of exploring.

The pool at the this location is freezing but at least walked around in the shallow. Apparently. In the low 60's at night here.

After hiking in both Dead Horse and Red Rock state parks decided I deserved lunch and a local beer. Sandwich from Verde Lee grill, artichoke and mushrooms, onion rings and beer from local brewery, Smelter Town. Beer is called Miner Milkshake IPA and bartender added peach snaps.
