Christmas in Thailand

I started writing this while sitting in the warm sun on our balcony at Anchalee Inn in Patong Beach, Phuket, Thailand. I was drinking a coffee, feeling the heat on my body and thinking that I could stay here...forever!
That's the thing about vacations, they are so relaxing, so wonderful, so free they make you wonder why you can't live like this all the time. That was my thinking on Day 9 of our two week trip.
We finished school for the Christmas holiday on December 18. The boys wrote a letter to Santa requesting that he come to China early just in case he couldn't find us while we were travelling. Alex got the stomach flu on our early Christmas eve. Santa came, and Alex was sick....all day.Leggi altro
