I intend to enjoy Dimitri, Louis and Eyob's trip just as much if not more than them by sampling South American culture in the comfort of my own home.

My tools will be YouTube and the kitchen. I will post any interesting clips I find, South American movie recommendations and photos of the food I cook and share.
