Peruvian Lomo Saltado

I was disappointed to read Louis bemoaning the quality of the food they have been eating. Fortunately that has not been the case here. Boys, if you get the chance, try Lomo Saltado its delicious.

Another night eating alone. I invited my Aunt but she preferred to go home and gnaw on a boiled chicken leg. Theo left as I came home. Dimitra is savoring PacNSave sausages at the school end of year BBQ.

Some people may be tempted to leave it for another night or cut down the quantities but not me.
