Peruvian Butter Chicken

Peruvian Garlic Chicken was a bit like a South American version of Butter Chicken due to the yogurt sauce. Very nice. I couldn't disagree more with Cathy_20 who posted "I cooked this just how it was described but I really didn't like it. The ingredients just didn't blend well." and gave it only one star on the www.geniusjitchen.com site.

The Quinoa and Asparagus was also nice even though I added the Parmesan too early and it became a sticky mess at the bottom of the pot.

I'm looking forward to the boys being back online tomorrow and getting an update from the real travelers.
