    The boys have moved on to Brazil and in my search for Brazilian breakfast food this item keeps coming up - Pao de Queijo. It must be very popular.

    South American cooking has been educational in terms of learning to use new ingredients. This recipe includes Tapioca Flour which I have learnt is the same as Arrowroot. It is a powder that looks like heroin. The moment you stir it it covers the bench and your clothes with a fine white dust.

    The rolls tasted great but are very filling so you wouldn't want too many of them. I look forward to hearing what the indigenous ones taste like.
