Lesson learned for today

For today i have learnt my lesson.
Stopping in the morning at a self service coffee machine and charge 45min the phones is fine. But drinking 7 coffees (50c reach) is definitely too much. You don't feel any effect right after drinking it. Probably the potato pizza and 1 bar of hazelnut chocolate helps.
But one hour later during hiking... Well .. It doesn't help at all.
But now I know how a Cafe lungo, Cappuccino, Cafe Macchiato and cappuccino with Ginseng tastes.

Next time I will drink 1l Coca Cola. That gives you the better second wind. Probably the sugar helps....there is still hope...Читать далее
