Senerchia

Finally we've accomplished the stage in the valley. Actually it is not really flat. Only parts of it. Other parts are steep uphill on the road. And an adventure part was included too. Sometimes I ask myself, who the hell has marked that trail. If you would know it before, you definitely would choose a different route. It was so easy to detour. But well .. It just takes another hour and lots of nerves and wet shoes.
Now we are in Senerchia. At a small church above. And the weather will change now. In front of us is a long stage (I think 25km with D+ 1550hm D- 1436hm, summit 1800m).

To stay here... Hmmm... It's not the best place. To go up... It will get dark of we reach the summit... And probably rains.
Tomorrow it rains most of the day.
Just do parts of it means colder nights and the risk of finding a flat surface for the tarp.
But I have seen a building at 1460m. Flat around, in the forest. It will be cold up there at night but a good start for tomorrow to hop to the summit and down again. So I think I will start now to do another 9km at least with quite a few elevation meters. The ticker shows right now 37km D+ 1150hm. Well... Let's goLeer más
