TravelerSometimes I added them. But you get tired of it. I roughly do it sometimes during the day, to know how much energy i will need until the end of day. But the accumulated elevation meters are often much higher. I wonder sometimes. But I do not really track the trail. Cost me too much battery and i do not care too much. I just feel what i did 😁🥴

TravelerRoughly it is better 1000 and 2700hm a day. Rarely above. It is less then in the Alps. But it depends so much on the trail. Uneven and rocky trail, vast vegetation etc.... That shows you down and let you feel it here and there. Or these huge rocky steps sometimes... They have it here often from these villages up into the mountains. Old stairs. High steps. But regular... That's tough after awhile.

TravelerBut you are right.... It is interesting at the end to see dinner numbers. I roughly can add the CAI gps track. That should give a good idea about it.
