Not sure if this is the cliff that we were looking for. The one on the map was in a private area, 400m away from were we took the photo. So we think this is the other side of the cliff.

At home we have a tradition with Lucian. Every Friday we eat pizza and watch a movie.
No movie together, but pizza is still ON. A good way to wait for the rain to stop.

Glaumbaer Farm museum

There was a lot to see in this museum, but we basically skipped it as we were in bit of a rush. Just observed those houses from outside and then left.
Fosslaug waterfall

Fosslaug was beautiful. But the wind was incredibly strong in the area. You can see Razvan trying to film it and shielding his phone from the wind, to try and capture its sound.

I think that this is the most beautiful village in Iceland so far. Maybe the surrounding mountains helps, but the colours, the shapes and the placement of the houses helped a lot.

Groceries store was 3 minutes away from the campground, so bacon and avocado for breakfast.
Most of the people we met so far in Iceland are tourists, especially in the campgrounds.

One guy had a dream to create a motorcycle museum but never managed to do it because of an motorcycle accident in 2006. He managed to collect 22 motorcycles.

It was a bit cold. We were not in the mood to explore more and enjoy the waterfall.
There was also a view point on the other side of the waterfall, but we skipped it.

Whale watching boat trip

There were high waves so we all had to wear cold and rain coats.
We have seen just one whale and for that we to go far into the sea which extended the trip from 3 hours to four.

Close to Myvatn Nature Baths resort this lake was basically on the side of the road.

We took a little stroll through the trails of Asbyrgi
It was very nice to enjoy some warmer weather, together with the beautiful views. The blueberries are always a nice bonus 😁
