Troy

On our way to the next stop, we stopped at the site of the ancient city of Troy. In reality, there have been a number of cities on this site, one atop the other.

The earliest signs of habitation goes back more than 3,000 years ago. Troy is obviously the most famous of the cities that existed here, although many doubt the myth of the horse really happened. Makes for a good story but...Weiterlesen
