Konya

Today we drove to Konya, one of the last cities we visited on our tour and the most religiously conservative city in Turkey. We learned all about the muslim whirling dervishes at the Mevlâna Museum. The museum started as a dervish lodge where the dervishes used to perform the ritual whirling dance to the rhythm of musical instruments in the 12th century.Читать далее
