It was interesting to learnWeiterlesen

King's Day

We timed our visit to Amsterdam perfectly as today is King's Day, a day when the entire population holds a giant party to celebrate their King. Sounded like an excuse for a party, but hey... I was upWeiterlesen
More Amsterdam

Spent the remainder of our time in Amsterdam wandering the myriad of streets and canals. A beautiful city and we wish we could have stayed longer. We'll just have to come back..

Even More Oxford

What an interesting town. We walked along the old canal up to the Natural History Museum. Then walked down along the Thames River... lovely.
Stratford-upon-Avon

Grabbed an early train to visit the home of Shakespeare. A small, but pretty town, filled with old tutor-style buildings from the 15th century. And there's a few Shakespeare statues around...
