Down from the rock that is Portland Bill you are straight onto Chesil Beach. Interesting demo about how sea creatures adjust their buoyancy but compressing the air in their shells/bodies, then a lovely stroll along the sand (pebble) bank.
Next stop was Abbotsbury Gardens for a stroll around the sub tropical gardens and some lunch (pasty of course!).
Late arvo was fossiling (fossicing according to Jo!) on Hive Beach before a couple of pints in the sun and a nice night on a CL site.Read more
