Stonehenge

Opted to avoid the motorway and take the scenic A303. Stonehenge made the perfect lunchtime stop over, despite the exorbitant £33 entry fee each. We'd been half forced into English Heritage membership for Tintagel so at least it was 'free' for us, but it only got you a few metres nearer than the free public footpath running through the site.
