Chilte - Checked out this spot listed as a best new restaurant in Esquire and Bon Appétit. If we hadn’t read that, I’m not sure we would have gone in - it’s attached to a funky motel. I’m glad we went in.

They make their own blue corn tortillas and they are amazing, but also very dense and filling.
The green chorizo was interesting and had a good heat, the mole was rich and amazing and complex and the lamb was perfect though the flautas were a little too fried - hard to chew, and the Burria were really good with the fresh slaw on the side to break up the beef. Great staff too.Read more
