Livarot - Cheese Museum and Tasting

After the heavy morning, we decided to add some heavy food (ok - that was bad). We stopped in Livarot - one of 4 AOC designations in Normandy for cheese. They created a neat museum from the Norman cows and their wonderful milk to being able to watch the cheesemaking, storing, packing and labeling.
