The architecture here is amazing! There are beautiful details everywhere! This is Hospital de la Santa Creu i Sant Pau, a hospital built in the 19th century. The architect believed in the therapeutic value of light beauty. There are gardens throughout so patients could go outside, and the buildings feature natural lighting and beautiful design elements. The World Health Organization has an office there and it is being renovated and is open to the public. This is a very peaceful place in a otherwise busy city.Les mer
