Lavender Fields Forever

I have never been so disappointed in an airport or airline. We had to go from one concourse to another which caused us to have to go through customs and passport control again.
We were to leave at 10:55 pm. The plane just pushed back at 12:39 am. Terrible customer service. Not one announcement mentioning what was going on. Then to top it off, we had to go back to the end of the line to get a new boarding pass. Then to top it off, the plane had a malfunction on thectowing arm and couldn't be pushed back until repaired. However, the ultimate insult was that masks are required on Trans Atlantic Iberian flights.
However, we are finally being backed out, almost two hours later. We are pushing through.Read more
