Milos - day 2

What a glorious day we awoke to! After breakfast we hired a car again with Paul and Jan and headed off to another part of the island for a day at the beach! I have never swam in such warm water and been so buoyant. It was crystal clear, calm, no wind.. such a perfect day to end our stay in glorious Milos. I just absolutely soaked up this last day and felt so incredibly thankful to be in this beautiful part of Gods creation.

We stayed till about 2pm and then drove to another beautiful beach location before heading home and having our last dinner together in Milos. Andrea and I have been to this restaurant twice now and everyone decided to try it out. They were not disappointed. We were highly entertained by some very funny David and Annabelle stories and all agreed it was an excellent end to a fabulous few days in Milos. Our group is getting smaller- we said good bye to our dear friends Andrew and Deb and Sandy and Lee.

Tomorrow we catch the ferry to Athens, have an overnight stay before the long haul flight home.Leia mais
