Long drive, but set up at Harris State Park

It was about an 9 hour drive on highway 101 to our campground near Brookings, OR. We are not usually such road warriors, but it was rainy most of the day. There was a lot of road construction causing delays. Traffic was relatively light although there were a lot of small towns.

The road follows the Oregon Coast so it really is stunning much of the way. We are at another state park with showers and electricity. The beach is pretty interesting and I will enjoy exploring it.

Phil wants to get the oil changed tomorrow and we might also try to get haircuts. We'll need a laundromat again soon, too.Læs mere
