A little rain, a lot less smoke

It was still in the high danger for smoke when we left Boise today. The further south we got, the less smoke. Tonight we are in Ogden, UT, at a Courtyard Hotel. There was a thunderstorm that moved through and its still raining now.

Tomorrow we are going to drive 295 miles to Rawlins, WY, to camp at a KOA. That is closer to the Snowy Range. We'll get up Friday and go looking for a campsite in the Medicine Bow National Forest. We have a few favorites so we'll check those sites first. Most are First Come First Served so I am sure we'll find something we like.Read more
