Headed off to the reservoir to spend the day on the floating camp. A huge man made lake with stunning scenery. Coffee by the dam then a long tail boat out to the huts.

Cheow Larn Lake. After a lunch on the floating restaurant and bar we had time for feeding the carp, swimming with the carp and kayaking before our return to Elephant Hills.
Moracea Khao Lak Resort

After a twisty drive from Elephant Hills we arrived at our last resort at 10.30. We can't get into our rooms just yet but 1st impressions are great for the resort.

Lovely room with our own pool just outside. First shots from reception with Helen clutching her flower gift on arrival then the rest from our room.

Wandered out along the edge of the resort to watch the sunset. Lovely meal at our beach club cafe watching the sun go down.
Khao Lak

After breakfast we took a taxi into the town. While it's only about a 15 minute walk we're glad we did as its incredibly hot here today. By far the warmest day. Not much to recommend in the town. Aもっと詳しく

Left the hotel at 6.20 to Phuket airport. On the plane waiting to fly to Bangkok with Thai Smile then onward to London with Eva Air. A fantastic holiday and a great introduction to the far east.
