8.00 am start for our tour of the Royal Palace, Buddha museum and Golden Mount. Don't need to see any more temples. Been on the sky train, river boat and tuk tuks.

Another trip on the shuttle bus to the local town. Surprisingly few places selling ice cream so McDonald's Sundaes will have to suffice. Back to the hotel to catch the sunset.

Having our final meal at the hotel before heading off to Elephant Hills. Pizza for me, chicken and rice with extra fries and pudding for Mum.

Canoe Trip

First activity after lunch was a 1 hour canoe trip. We had a paddler so just sat back and admired the view. We saw monkeys, spiders and a large cobra swimming in the water near the boat😳
Elephants

Next activity a trip to see the elephants. We got to feed them and learnt about their welfare in Thailand.
Mangroves

Kayaking

After lunch Helen went kayaking through the mangrove channels then back on the speedboat to more mangrove channels and wildlife. Snakes, birds, monkeys and lizards seen. Finally back to the camp via aЧитать далее
