Bacalar

We headed to Bacalar, a 4 hour drive from Chichen Itza, staying at a lovely resort on Bacalar Lagoon. Our lodge was on the banks of the lagoon with crystal clear turquoise waters. This stop provided us with some much needed down time before leaving Mexico for Belize a few days later.
