Indian delight

1st Indian dinner today and I felt honored to be given the opportunity to sample yummy south indian specialities with:
- Dosa (with and without cheese)
- Coconut 🥥 chutney (grated coco, curry leaves, mustard seeds...)
- Aloo / potatoes with curry leaves, coriander...
- Ras or Mango juice (lost count of the number of servings 😋 and mango types)
- Kachori (spicy mixed vegetables veggie balls with sweet chutney)
- Utapam!
