Clear Lake Route

Kris and I went out for a training ride this morning. We decided to get some hills in so headed towards Clear Lake. The hill leaving the lake is a doozy! We usually stay in the big ring but decided to experiment with our middle and small rings today. We conquered the hill and rode on towards Fremont. We practiced reading historical markers and took a break. We both seemed a bit dehydrated today.

We headed west towards Marsh Lake and turned by Lake Minifenokee so we could challenge ourselves on the BIG hill! Our Wahoo has GRADE on it and that hill registered at a 8.4 grade which is apparently in the RED ZONE of hard. We climbed it in our granny ring and had gears to spare!

We were very happy to get home before the storms.Baca lagi
