    Today I made 'Kimbap'. The korean dish is easier to make than expected, but it took about one hour.

    It's like sushi, but without rare fish. Instead you can use vegetables, bulgogi or kimchi, cheese, ham or lettuce.

    For my own creation I used:

    Kassler (german ham), egg, rucola, tuna (can tuna mixed with mayo), carrotes and cucumber

    Mixed with sesame oil, sesame seeds and salt

    Sushi Nori (seaweed sheets) and a sushi 'bamboo mat' (Maki-su)
