Took that route back to Louisiana after visiting Teal, Tony, and Dawn when he was stationed in Columbus MS MANY years ago...even though Tony advised us not too because it was ONLY 50 mph....Best decision was to NOT take his advise! Beautiful and wonderful ! [Germaine]

Couple of Battlegrounds

Visited with family in Jackson. Huge shout out to Kevin and Shelby. Made our way up the Natchez Trace Parkway. Beautiful drive. Couple of battlefields. And a reintroduction to old man winter again.

Huge civil war battleground. The park’s movie gives one of the best summaries of this two day slugfest. CSA won day one and were countered furiously on day two. Huge loss of life (over 23,000 KIA /Weiterlesen

We had an amazing time exploring this beautiful National Forest. Evidently, they are known for their assorted waterfalls and the Sipsey River. Glorious!

Russell Cave National Monument

Point Park on Lookout Mountain
