We departed Cape Norman. Showered, collected rations, and a few more sights around St. Anthony. We heard that there may be some icebergs still hanging around. We were so excited to see them again!

Botanical Garden and Rations Today

Pretty relaxing day. Hung around the town of Cow Head today. Went to the grocery store and the local spring. Also, saw some beautiful flowers in their botanical garden. Big day tomorrow!!

This area is right down from the area of Corner Brook NF. It is in fact the southern side of Gros Morne National Park. The same dramatic and stunning scenery we saw there.

This area is known for it’s very large cliffs. It is also very well known as a destination of many Acadians. The real treat is where they served fresh made bread to all visitors and locals daily.

We had heard very little about this portion of Newfoundland. OMG!! What an amazing stretch of scenery. We honestly felt like we had entered a portal straight to Scotland.
