    I've seen photos of white sand in Namibia, and this is as amazing! White gypsum in nearby mountains washes down into the plains where it forms selenite, which then breaks down into very fine pure white sand. It was hard to convince ourselves it wasn't snow, and we sure began to suffer some snow blindness before we left. But it was truly magnificent. Another of the many lesser known and visited National parks and monuments that will take your breath away.Les mer
