Well dagnabbit, we were just a bit tired by the time we headed north from Manatee Central and did not take photos as we should have of all the beautiful beaches, mossy trees and gorgeous coastal homes. But before hanging it up, I did get a couple of shots of dramatic horizons with incoming clouds. Living all those years in the PNW, I kind of forgot that clouds are a gorgeous and ever-changing phenomenon in much of the world. We're thankful to be reminded.Read more
Annanaomi SamsTerry loathes the "grayness" of the west side of the state. The skies. He often comments that the clouds and skies in our neck of the woods are some of the prettiest he's ever seen. Ok, not woods, of course, but arid lands and desert. Glad you are seeing beautiful skies!

TravelerIt had not bothered us for years, but somehow, all of a sudden, we were ready for something else. Big time. We have joined the geezer brigade that flocks to sun and warm weather. We have made up our minds we are going to embrace both our geezerdom and the heat.
