RejsendeI missed a good photo of Gordon pulling his hair out. He spent about an hour trying to make our reservations online, only to get foiled at every step. Finally, he called the airline. But the automated voice recognition robot would not recognize him. He had to pass the phone to ME to say "Reservations" and then, "Booking a reservation." We decided the robot only talks to females. FINALLY he got a real person who was quite helpful. After ANOTHER half hour, we have confirmation numbers for two tickets to Milan. We don't know what we're doing once we get there, but by God, we're GOING!!
