How come we get the littlest tree in the campground?

On our way here Heather drove from Soldier Summer on US6 down to I-15. Starting at 7500 feet and careening down to 4300 feet, she found out that the Salt Lake City natives like to go 75 miles and hour down this steep and windy road.
