The Plan!

Plans? Plans? We don' need no stinkin' plans! This is our plan: Ready or not, Tuesday evening we hook our beloved 12 foot trailer, alias the geezer-mobile, to the car. Wednesday, as early as possible, we pull out, hit I-10, and head west.

OK, OK ... we DO have our first 3 campgrounds reserved. We want a trouble-free first few days, driving further than we would normally, to escape the South. Day 4 we rest up in Lawrence, Kansas. Not only is it not in the South, but Google assures us they have many artisan bread bakeries, good grocery stores, and a nice selection of brew pubs. At that point, we will consult the stars, throw a few bones, and decide what's next.

Scenery? National Parks? Well, all we know is that there's lots of that stuff out West. We shall see what we shall see!もっと詳しく
